Do guests need to download an app?

No - it is our ethos is to simplify the world of many apps.

Guests interact through WhatsApp, the app most guests already use daily. Every event is linked to one simple number, so there’s nothing new to install.

For hosts, one account is created on GuestPal.ai; they can create and manage event info either on web dashboard or via host-dedicated whatsapp.

How does GuestPal know the right answers?

Hosts upload event details or connect their existing event site (like Eventbrite, Joy, or Luma). GuestPal uses this information to answer questions instantly, in a host’s chosen tone and in guest's used language.

How does GuestPal work?

GuestPal makes event communication effortless by combining a simple host setup with an easy guest journey - all through WhatsApp.

For Hosts:

• Create your account on GuestPal.ai - you will be able to access Host Dashboard on the web and also receive dedicated Host WhatsApp link so you can create an make changes on the go.

• Create your event – Upload details in the GuestPal dashboard or import from your existing event site (like Joy, Luma, or Eventbrite). You can also use voice feature via GuestPal for Host WhatsApp channel and let GuestPal do the heavy lifting.

• Add your guestlist - Phone numbers of your guests so GuestPal knows who to share your event information with. You can either do this via as individual additions or upload in bulk.

• Share GuestPal number with your guests – Send your guests one WhatsApp number for all their event communication. If they used GuestPal before, the number is the same.

• Let GuestPal handle the logistics – It answers 95% of repetitive questions instantly, manages RSVPs, and sends reminders.

• Track insights – See RSVPs, guest engagement, and the most common questions in your host dashboard.
